UberEats, Community and Love at our sister location Litehouse Whole Food Grill

In honor of Black History Month, UberEATS is celebrating the city’s diverse culture by highlighting restaurant partner, Eric Nance, owner and operator of Mikkey’s Retro Grill and Litehouse Grill.

Eric has grown as a leader in his local community through neighborhood-focused ministry and outreach programs and not to mention his fast and healthy food options that he serves up at his restaurants. That’s why this month, we’ve teamed up with Eric to help bring his passion for food and helping the community to UberEATS.

On February 26, 2017 from 5-9pm, when you order the Caribbean Mango Jerk Salmon Bowl at Litehouse Grill, a portion of the proceeds* will go to the Willis Earl Nance (WEN) Foundation – Eric’s non-profit organization dedicated to ending homelessness in Chicago………….

Here’s how to order:

  • Open your UberEATS app on February 26, 2017 from 5-9pm, tap the Black History Month banner and place your order to support local charity, the WEN Foundation
  • Meals from Eric Nance will be available in Hyde Park

Don’t have the app yet? Download UberEATS now.

*Donations to the WEN Foundation will match the amount of total sales – not including tax – of Eric’s Caribbean Mango Jerk Salmon Bowl, along with the associated booking fee.
